My experience here was great here! I was soooo scared coming in , But everyone here was so welcoming and supportive, which made me feel at home. The staff was awesome. Jake was on top of everything, conversions with my Wife, about any and all situations. Being my first time in treatment, was soooo rewarding and uplifting. Extremely grateful for this experience. It has been a spiritual and mental journey for me. The support from BHT staff was fantastic. They were understanding and genuine, while consistent! Stephanie changed my perspective of myself and opened my mind, truly grateful. Jake and Sean were phenomenal! Understanding and reassuring. They made my focus here truly beneficial. This was my first treatment center I visited in hopes of getting sober from alcoholism. From what I experienced this place has it all. You are able to go to a gym, vape stores, book stores, and shop for groceries with the techs. You have a therapist and a doctor that I saw once a week. There's technicians 24/7 that was able to address my concerns in a timely manner. The 2 individuals that greatly improved my stay was my care coordinator Jake F. and my care manager Shawn. If it wasn't for those 2 guys I wouldn't have stayed after my first week, trust me I tried to leave on day 7. Jake went above and beyond to let me know my options which in the long run helped me to stay. If I didn't stay I wouldn't be 34 days sober today. I would highly recommend Zinnia for anyone's sobriety needs.

Windward Way was a game changer for my recovery. The facility was nice and clean, staff hands down fully care and.understand and do their best to meet you where you are at. My care team was phenomenal, Jake,Jeri, and Michelle. They made a huge impact and difference in my journey. My entire experience was amazing. I was in IOP I have been to 2 other rehabs. My first was amazing as well and 2nd not so good and was not helpful windward way had made me experience emotions I have not been able to work through prior. The whole staff was helpful, nice, and professional. The group facilitators were great with a lot of insight. There were mostly group discussion to share a out our experiences strength and hope. We got to hear from others experiences and how we related. They made sure I was set up for my next steps from windward. This has helped me experience and has left me with in a good place in my sobriety journey. Otis was my favorite facilitator. But they were all great. Ryan did a lot of meditation therapy with me that really helped me become vulnerable and the first therapist to make me cry and work through my fears and start letting go and accepting the past. Leslie called me multiple times to make sure I was taken care of for next steps. 5 out of 5 stars in my eyes.

This treatment has saved my life. I’ve been to a few treatment centers and this one by far is the best rehabilitation facility they have a team to help you recover you will get a therapist, care coordinator and a case manager. Windward Way recovering, has been in milestone in my recovery due to the fact of staff now it also has to do with a lot of me wanting to be in recovery and wanting to change in my life and the way that they guided me through all these steps and processes has just been amazing. I just completed a 30 day program here and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. I kept trying so sobriety using my own will and it never worked. This place not only guided patients through the 12 step process but also focused on mental health. I loved so many of the staff member from the driving specialist, to the techs, to the group counselors and of course my care team that included Sina, Jake, and Jeri. I felt cared for the entire way. This place has started me in a life of sobriety and given me so many tools and knowledge to take with me so I can continue living a sober life at home.

I brought myself into Windward way in April of 2024. It has truly been a life changing experience for my new life in recovery. The healthy coping skills and tools I have learned from groups, to my absolutely amazing therapist Leah (best most trusted therapist I’ve ever experienced) and all of the supportive staff members . Saul my case coordinator Always had great communication with me making sure all of my needs were met. My new life in sobriety and recovery has met all of my exactions and helping to guide me on the path that I need to be on and the work I myself will put into action every single day! This treatment center transformed my life. I have been sober for 3 years now, thanks to Windward Way. Unlike my previous experiences in two other rehabs, this one truly worked for me. The staff is incredibly structured, supportive, and authentic. Many of them are in recovery themselves, so they truly understand what I was facing. I will always be thankful for this rehab facility and the staff members who played a crucial role in my journey towards sobriety. I made the call to get help during one of the most darkest times in my life. Winward Way was actually the second facility so called- but by far was the better of the two options even from the first call. They were professional, encouraging and thorough. They walked me through every step of the admissions process and followed up with daily calls until I got there. Upon my admissions into the detox facility, I met with all 3 people of my treatment team (Saul, Jeri, Michelle) who from day 1- have been the most supportive part of my recovery. I went from detox to residential to PHP/sober living to IOP/sober living. Every single facilitator has been knowledgeable and the level of care provided here has gotten me to where I am now. Shout out to Chad and his breathwork/meditation groups, Evette for her raw and real groups, Paul for his wisdom and knowledge sharing, Garold for his Friday morning co-Ed groups, Richard for his neuro-science addiction groups, and Otis for the wealth of knowledge shared at each and every meeting. I cannot say enough good things about this program. If you want to get your life back, achieve and maintain your sobriety and have a good life- come to Winward Way.

This place is amazing, you get out of it what you put into it. The fact that you will have an entire team looking out for you and all of the counselors that teach are just amazing. Some things can slip through the cracks, however windward way is truly an amazing organization. I could not have gotten sober if it were not for my team, the ladies I was with.

I am so grateful for this experience. While I didn’t completely find my whole soul there, I found enough of the lost pieces and I found a sense of unity that I had lacked for much of my life. The program is based upon spiritual principles. The staff there are generally recovered addicts themselves. The programming in and of itself is meant to not only stabilize you in detoxing and recovery from drugs and alcohol, but it’s also designed to get you on your feet in the world and society again. They also recommended and transferred me to a beautiful program that was exactly what I needed. Much thanks to this program and everyone who opened their heart to me. Very much would recommend to a fellow addict in need of finding their way

I completed an I.O.P(intensive outpatient program) here. A major highlight was where I stayed in the Ellis location(located in the beautiful Huntington area) which are cute fully furnished apartments with roommates a short walk away from shopping centers(Target, Walmart), local meetings and the beach. Everything you need for a nice stay. The area is beautiful like safe during all times of the day. My house managers(a/o Rodrigo) were super friendly and helpful. I felt at home. They took me under their wing. In person meetings will be important because you need to establish some community and find a sponsor so this is the best location.Another major highlight is the case managers, care coordinators and therapists. Mine were beyond helpful(Monica, Gary and Maya). They give you the tools and instruction you need to get reacquainted and rebuild your life outside treatment. So don’t be afraid to inquire about anything. If you have ANY problem go to them. They have connections and offer great resources. Also the drivers were super friendly and courteous(Hector) and were encouraging and gave me hope. Most of the staff has their own recovery experience so they know what you’re going through. They can show you the way to a successful recovery if you let them. Also they will accommodate travel to places that you need to go.The programming varies depending on the facilitator. The whole 45 days I was there I had just one facilitator(Adrian) that really held an amazing group session towards the end of my stay. Keep in mind I only did 3 hours a day not the full day.A big complaint was the front office staff. They are not friendly so it can be intimidating which is problematic if you’re not aggressive. We come there because we are kinda broken so that doesn’t help. They don’t seem to want to be there or care about their clients. They’d rather joke around with each other. In my case they mocked me loud enough for me to hear and never addressed me or said hi when I walked into the room after a brutal initial interrogation(i had never met them before)with no friendly gestures, tones or smiles. Not one of them ever said hi or smiled at me during my stay. Also no on-site Wi-Fi which can be an issue if you need to connect to people for important issues like SNAP, disability etc. The neighbors were quite nice though.I want to give it 5 stars but that front office staff is a major problem.

As far as Zinnia goes, they do not tell you the whole truth. I was told I would be able to contact my wife and kids every day from a facility phone. That did not happen. I was told there was gym at the house I was staying at. That was false. I was told I would get my phone back l, after I was reviewed by my case manager. That did not happen. I did not get my get my phone back until I went to PHP. Zinnia needs to be more honest with the clients on what to expect when you get here. The staff at Windward was awesome though. As far as the people that are with the clients day In and day out, they are spectacular. Very supportive staff. Drew is an amazing guy, he has done nothing but consistently go above and beyond for me. Joseph kept everything real with me and I cannot express how much he helped me with while I was here. Tyler at Main is awesome. VINNY. God I love Vinny, he always knew what to say to make me feel better and I had the best conversations with him. CHAD who is Vinny's brother is so amazing, he has taught me meditation techniques that I will use on a regular basis. Ms. Evette is hands down one of my favorite, I got so much from her groups and she has always made sure I stay on task and am getting the most out of our time together. And last but certainly not least, Otis. He is my absolute favorite staff member here. He is an inspiration to me and I had taught me so much about myself and how to be a better man for my family, while at the same time making sure I focus on myself. I love every single one of the clients here, I have made so many lifelong friendships that I never expected when I went into treatment. Thank you Windward way.

When checking into windward way I didn't know what to expect, Andrea and Leah where my CC and therapist, being able to go to these two were very helpful in the experience. The information that has been provided in groups helped a lot Chad, Adrian and Otis have a lot of good and helpful information. I've been to treatment before and the groups were repetitive. At Windward Way the facilitators had a way of getting everybody in the group to talk about treatment and meet the clients needs. I would highly recommend Windward Way to anybody struggling with addiction.

Windward Way is an amazing facility. I have been to treatment before and it barely scratched the surface. The information in groups, the support from staff, and having a therapist assigned for each client makes for a much better recovery. They encourage getting a sponsor from the first week and start working the 12-step program and you quickly see how important continuing to work the program afterwards is. My team Shaun, Saul, and Leah were all amazing and always willing to help if I needed it.

This has been such a life-changing experience. Their programming has a great balance between groups, structured outings and free-time to work on individualized needs. The behavioral techs, therapists, group counselors, care coordinators, case managers and support staff are all supportive and flexible to individual needs and circumstances. The step-down structure allows you to move through detox, residential and outpatient treatment at your own pace, and they help you get setup with aftercare as well. I don’t have a single complaint about this treatment center. So grateful I came here!

This place has been so awesome to me. Andria my care coordinator has been so helpful, and so caring. She works hard and does awesome at her job. I'm very grateful! And Stephanie my counselor goes above and beyond and she's helped me in tremendous ways. I love my self and I never have before. Sean, my case manager is also amazing at his job. This place has changed me for the better. And I cannot thank this place enough! I came here after a love hate relationship with drugs, I had a mild heart attack and this place reshaped me into who I’ve always dreamed of being.Coming here set me free, free from drugs and my mind, as long as you come to treatment for treatment you’ll really get what you need out of the program & everything that they offer. Hardest part is detoxing, but if you put your mind to it you can get through it.I remember my heart attack had me begging god for one more chance and if he’d let me live I’d live to tell every addict it’s not worth it, and here I am today, spiritually connected again, 0 desire to use.. I learned how to love myself again, I’m helping other addicts.This program is glorious. You will be recovered here.

I had been to other treatment centers and I thought they were good until I came to Windward. These people understand addiction better than anyone else and they do their best to make sure you're ready before you leave. I signed up for 30 days and it's the first time I volunteered to stay longer because of the progress I had made. Andria and Lesli were amazing, they helped me make decisions based on my best interest and pushed me to be better! The entire staff played a part in me achieving sobriety and I appreciate them all.

Would definitely recommend windward way to anyone looking for treatment from detox to residential and into php and iop it’s a great experience if you pay attention and do what’s recommended there’s no doubt that you’ll succeed in your recovery there’s a few things I’d personally change such as phone time but overall a great place to start your path to long term sobriety

Many people played a part at Windward in beginning my sober journey, the most important of which was my Case Manager Andria, who I affectionately call my "Queen." This was my first time in treatment. I can honestly say from intake to discharge Windward has given me a plethora of tools and education. The staff is comforting, accommodating and I could tell my safety and sobriety was their number one goal. Highly recommend to anyone who feels like there is no way out. There is!

I spent 30 days at Windward Recovery.The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this facility. There outtings were enjoyable and the other clients became instant family.

I spent 35 days with the Windward team.They helped meet my goals--physically, mentally, and spiritually. They returned me to the right path, and I would recommend it to those who require help. Specific staff members who were a great help included Andrea (care coordinator), Elyssa (therapist), and the tech staff (Tyler, Matt, Gavin, Gerald, and Joseph).

This has been the best investment I have ever made in myself. From the first phone call to the filling out this survey Windward Way has given me my life back. The program is simple. The staff and facilitators are friendly, understanding and compassionate. The mist important thing IIearned was that I am not alone. Monica Kamoss was the best care coordinator. She is open, honest, safe, and extremely trustworthy. She had my back the whole time. This place with give you your life back if you are ready. 5 STARS all the way. Thank you Windward!!!

I was in for 30 days but ended up extending to 45 days because once I was entrenched in the program I realized how much I needed it. The case managers all have extensive life experience with substance abuse and they are very empathetic to their clients. Jake was my case manager and it was a great experience having him as one. This place is a great place to take a step back from all of life’s stressors and it gives you the opportunity to open your ears and heart to a new way of living.

I was definitely disappointed at first because I was told there would be A LOT of amenities that were not accurate, however 45 days later I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing! Amazing staff and I had the best experiences in groups, meetings and true friends for life!

Words can not express how I feel about Windward Way. Right now I am overwhelmed with so many emotions. The staff was amazing here. I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help. I’m going home today a new person because of Windward WayRecovery. . Love you guys!

This is a wonderful place to help you get sober, and get your life back on track! I have built a sisterhood with many of the ladies here. There is no judgment and it's very welcoming! The staff, counselors, facilitators , care coordinators are all Awesome!

Overall great experience. Trusted staff with helping me navigate the right treatment path for me. After having some bad experiences over the last few months with treatments centers that were not client care focused.I was finally able to get on the right path to continue my goal of long lasting recovery one day at a time. Way to go Windward Way!
